The opening track from the great Clifford Jordan and John Gilmore record "Blowing In from Chicago," arranged for big band! This contrafact on "There Will Never Be Another You" is wide open for any soloists, with a saxophone soli, some cool counterpoint, and a shout chorus. The highest lead trumpet note is a written C, so this chart is doable for younger bands that can handle some bebop lines.
